Delete Account

Users can delete their account directly inside the My Family Safe app and can contact Coderise Solutions if they need help with the process or have retained-data questions.

How to delete an account

  • Open the My Family Safe app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  • Open Menu > Delete Account.
  • Review the confirmation details and submit the deletion request from inside the app.

What happens to data

  • Account profile, connected relationships, and active access to the service are removed as part of the deletion flow.
  • Some records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or backup integrity.
  • Retention windows may vary by data type and operational necessity.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the My Family Safe app, you can request account and associated data deletion by email from this page. Include the email address used in the account and enough information for us to identify the request safely.

Request account deletion by email

If the account has an active subscription purchased through Google Play, cancel the subscription in Google Play before or alongside the deletion request so billing does not continue under the store rules.
