Users can delete their account directly inside the My Family Safe app and can contact Coderise Solutions if they need help with the process or have retained-data questions.

How to delete an account

Open the My Family Safe app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Menu > Delete Account.
Review the confirmation details and submit the deletion request from inside the app.

What happens to data

Account profile, connected relationships, and active access to the service are removed as part of the deletion flow.
Some records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or backup integrity.
Retention windows may vary by data type and operational necessity.
