Is My Family Safe available to download?
My Family Safe is currently in development. We’re building for Android and iOS, and will share download links here when each version is available.
Who can see my shared information?
Sharing is for your connected, authorized contacts. Connections begin with an accepted invitation, and you can manage what you share in the app.
Does the app replace emergency services?
No. SOS alerts notify connected contacts; they do not automatically contact police, medical, or other emergency services. Notification delivery and location availability depend on connectivity, permissions, and device conditions.
Does everyone need a subscription?
An active subscription gives access to premium actions such as starting live sharing, well-being checks, and SOS alerts. Duo and Family plans let the subscription owner share access with members through family seats.
How do I delete my account?
Open Menu > Delete Account in the app. If you can’t access the app, you can request help by email from our account-deletion page. Cancel an active store subscription separately to avoid continued billing.
